From concept to creation — the journey of shaping the first tangible step towards the myra. monitor. Our PoC became the bridge between vision and reality — a first version we could finally touch, test, and refine.

From vision to reality — when we began working on our PoC in Q3, our goal was simple yet ambitious: to translate our vision into something tangible — a first version we could touch, test, and learn from. We wanted to experience our proportions in real size, see how our ideas translated into physical form, and get early feedback from potential users. The foundation was clear: technology first. We started by validating the core — the performance, resolution, and internal architecture. One key question guided us in this phase: Do we really need 5K, or would 4K be enough?
The answer came quickly: 5K is the way to go. Once we worked with it, there was no going back — especially for creative professionals. The clarity, precision, and sheer depth of detail were simply unmatched.

Diving deeper into the technical core
Building, testing, learning — how vision becomes reality, one iteration at a time.

Our in-house engineer led the first development phase, focusing on functionality and stability before moving on to the aesthetic layer. The PoC wasn’t about perfection — it was about understanding what truly matters. Testing the PoC internally and with potential users gave us valuable insights. We confirmed that our core direction was right — but also saw where fine-tuning was needed. Design adjustments, stability improvements, and a deeper look into balance and weight distribution became part of our next iteration. One key learning stood out: technology alone isn’t enough. Much of the experience comes from the materials — their tactility, reflection, and how they interact with light. That’s why the next step will be a proof-of-concept prototype, crafted with our final materials — chrome plating and a stone base — to validate the full aesthetic and functional experience.

Iterating — again and again
The journey continues — refining design, finalizing materials, and moving toward our proof-of-concept prototype.

This phase was filled with both excitement and humility. Even with years of experience in our respective fields, building something from scratch with limited resources felt like a masterclass in creativity and perseverance. It’s a constant balancing act between ambition and practicality — between dreaming big and staying grounded. The most rewarding moment? When people outside the team started asking, “When can I get one?”
That’s when we knew — we’re on the right track. Next, we’ll refine proportions, finalize materials, and move towards our first prototype. The PoC model has taught us to stay true to our elevated design approach, to keep collaboration at the core, and to build with our users — not just for them.
